Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Coverage
Medicare beneficiaries are encouraged to review their prescription drug plan annually using the free online Medicare Plan Finder. The Annual Enrollment Period is October 15- December 7 each year. Beneficiaries can use the free Medicare.gov Plan Finder Tool to shop plans and make enrollment changes for the upcoming year. Help from SHICK Counselors is available to assist with this process as well.

Medicare Supplemental policies help fill in some of the "gaps" that original Medicare A and B does not cover. These policies are sold by private insurance companies.
