The same form is used for nominations for both Volunteer of the Year (less than 10 years of service) and Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer (10 or more years of volunteer service). Please only submit one Volunteer of the Year and one Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer per club.

Non-Competitive Record Books

Non-Competitive record books encourage 4-Hers to keep track of the projects they are involved in with less detail than the competitive record books.  Non-competitive record books are recognized on a county level only.

If you would like to be considered for state-level project recognition, please complete the available Project Report Forms. These are judged competitively at the local level, and the county Project Champion has the opportunity to proceed to area judging.
