Native Plant Garden at Washburn

The Native Plant Garden was established in 1992, on the north side of the entrance to Cedar Crest, the Governor's residence, at 6th on Fairlawn Road. This garden is a registered Monarch Way Station and all the plants in this garden are native to Kansas. In 2025, the Native Plant Garden was relocated to the campus of Washburn University, directly to the west of Dole Hall.
